[TA] Special request to the Toras Aish family...

You know I almost *never* send out an additional email besides the regular
Toras Aish each week. However, I just wanted to ask you all again to
*please* keep my father in mind tomorrow morning (the surgery was
rescheduled to Tuesday).

Here's the edited re-post of the details:

I've got a personal favor to ask. If you can help, I'd appreciate it; if
not, I'll definitely understand.

I'm going to ask you to please keep someone in your prayers - he's going in
for an operation on Tuesday morning. The prognosis is *excellent* and I
know, especially with everyone's prayers, he'll pull through just fine.

There are many on this list who know him personally, and for that reason I'm
going to ask you to please NOT inundate him with "care & concern" emails.
Many believe that when someone is going through a medical challenge they
need to share their concern. As one who has seen those effects on a close
family member, they could not be farther from the truth. He doesn't need
concern, he just needs everyone's support. His positive attitude and
expectancy is vital to ensure a quick recovery.

Positive, upbeat emails are, of course, more than welcome and I'd be very
happy to pass along any messages. Any family/friends who need more details
are welcome to email ME at yitzw at aol.com.

With that in mind, please keep my father, *Mordechai Asher ben Miriam* in
your prayers this week.


Please also keep in mind Shoshana bas Chava Gittel who is going in for knee
replacement surgery in the AM.
