Here's a GREAT idea that was forwarded by a friend. Please take a moment to read & follow thru:
If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and send it to a service person who is currently serving in  Iraq . You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.  How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!!  It is FREE and only takes a second.  Wouldn't it be wonderful if our service men and women received a bunch of these?   Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers need to know we are behind them. This takes just 10 seconds and it's a wonderful way to say thank you.   Please take the time, and then pass it on to others.  We can never say enough thank you's.

Please say some tehillim for Amichai ben Devorah Steinmetz who went missing in India on 7/22 (details here: http://tinyurl.com/mao37b) 
Please take out a few moments and say some tehillim (psalms) for the Israeli chayalim (soldiers) & for everyone living in Israel. Please also same some tehillim for the captive Israeli soldiers:

Gilad ben Aviva (Shalit), captured just outside Gaza on June 25, 2006;
Guy ben Rina (Hever), disappeared near the Syrian-Israeli border in the Golan Heights in August 1997;
Tzvi ben Pninah (Feldman), Yekutiel Yehuda Nachman ben Sarah (Katz), and Zecharia Shlomo ben Miriam (Baumel), all captured at the Sultan Yaaqub battle in Lebanon on June 11,1982.

Also please keep in mind the three Yeshiva students who were jailed in Japan:
Yosef ben Ita Rivka
Ya'akov Yosef ben Reizel 

Yoel Ze'ev ben Mirel Risa Chava 

If you need some suggestions for which Tehillim (Psalms) to say, I'd suggest # 20, # 130 & # 21
