It is clearly not from the Masorah. The Masorah talks in Aramaic, and uses the word מפיק or נפק, as it does manyn times when talking about an letter that is pronounced, as in T'hillim 136:3 about the form l'adonei, the Masorah says ט' מפק' א'<span style="font-size:10pt">
