I sent the response very quickly this morning without taking a good look.  These were actually just the links from the Wikipedia page <https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/מקראות_גדולות> to the Israel National library.  They have the other one as well.

It seems that hebrewbooks.org may have some of it as well: <https://beta.hebrewbooks.org/45706>
