[Mesorah] A mysterious Nu'n

Do any of you have an idea what this Nu’n is, that appears in the Keter Yerushalayim edition, before Shmuel 1, Chapter 3, verse 19? Top right here. It has a dot on top of it:



 

It does not appear in the Mossad HaRav Kook editions, neither Da’at HaMikra, nor Rav Breuer’s edition.

It doesn’t appear in the Keter Aram Tzova either:

 



 

Could it be simply an error? Somehow, the Keter Yerushalayim edition doesn’t seem the kind of publication that would have such a slip-up in it.
