[Mesorah] Malka - Is it always "The King", or sometimes it can be just "King"

The word "Malka" in Aramaic - מַלְכָּא
  Does it always "The king" or sometimes   Malka (מַלְכָּא) is "A king"

Hebrew: Melekh / Malkhah
Aramaic: Malka / Malkesa
