No answers, but some additional data points:

Bereshis 47:4 contains both ATA and NA, so it may be a good source for
their differences.
Tehillim 118:25 contains both NA and ANA, so which means what?
NA also appears in Shemos 12:9, but despite the spelling, it seems to be a
totally unrelated word meaning "undercooked".
