[Mesorah] Lists of Words

I think the Mandelkern Concordance would be what you want. It does offer
some definitions, in Hebrew and/or Latin. And it has ALL the occurrences in
Tanach.

My biggest frustration with it is that it is organized by shoresh, and many
words are hard to find. But that's not really the book's problem as much as
it's my own problem. Plus, my edition has a section in the back that is of
great help for some hard-to-find words.
