[Mesorah] One of Ten is Different

The Ba'al Haturim mentions that the phrase "Ani Hashem Elokeichem"
appears 10 times in Parshas Keddoshim. It does indeed appear 10 times
but one is different. In nine of them, the word "ani" is separated from
the other two words with either a /tipcha /or a /pashta/. However in
only one ( second from the last), the word "ani" is joined to the word
"Hashem" with a /mercha/. Does anyone have any idea why? Does it change
the meaning of the phrase?

Thanks, Gershon
