No.  It's clear from the gemara in Brachos 9b that (1) the split of the
original first chapter into two happened long enough before the gemara's
own time that most people didn't know they'd ever been one chapter;
and (2) the rest of the chapter divisions at least as far as #104 are
David Hamelech's original ones.
