Qudsha is the definite firm of qodesh on Aramaic. As such, no dagesh in dalet and sh'wa nach.

Send this question to your dikduk buddies:
Pronunciation of Kudsha (brich hu)
ArtScroll spells it with a kubutz under the kuf and without a dagesh in the dalet. That makes the shva into a nach and the pronunciation would be kud-sha
Some other siddurim spell it with a shuruk between the kuf and the dalet making the shva into a na and pronunciation would be kude-sha.
Try singing Yisroel veOraisa veKud(e)sha Brich Hu chad hu and see which one works better.
Anyway, any insights into which spelling is correct.
