Could someone more informed please chime in on the Avodah threads
    ziyun-vav-dalet (sic)
and
    vav-yud-shin-quf
which begin at posts #3 and 4 at

In particular, anyone have anything to say about whether /ZYD/ (vayazed
Yaaqov nezid adashim) and /ZVD/ (to scheme) are necessarily distinct
roots?
