I asked R Ephraim Kanarfogel about Rav Hoffemister siddur and manuscripts

He said:
1. Mss. Conflict - there is no definitive read on many many issues

2. He feels that it is WAY too premature to reach definitive conclusions and that we more time to sort these things out.
