Good point

So if mizmor l'sodah is between the brackets
Then it stands to reason that its recitation is divorced from Korbanos.

So then, is omitting Psalm 100 on Erev Y"K and during Passover season another example of a hyper-correction? After all it's not like saying the mishnah of Todah in Z'vahim 5 which comes before Korbanos that we DO say during these 2 periods....
