I believe the short answer depends on whether you hold by the sh'va-na' rules (or, at least, the applicable rule) of R' Eliyahu Bachur (one of which relates to this situation, i.e. the same consonant twice and a sh'va under the first of the two consonants; it's #5 in this post<https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/leining/8OlVsr9TUHQ> by listmember Dr. Jeremy Simon).
