As per the Talmud Onkelos translated Humash and Yonassan ben Uziel translated N'vi'im 

The nature of Targum YBU on Humash is shrouded in mystery, and afaict Rashi never saw it.  [Even RMF/IM expresses some reservations re: Targum YBU on Humash re: Lo Silbash ICW a woman wearing a Tallis.]

Also note that there was/is a Targum Aquila and a Targum shiv'im on Humash.
