I believe it's the contention of the Gra that the root word should be shevacha, rather than shevach.  The possessive versions follow.

In Qedushah, near the end "Ledor vador nagid godlekha... veshivchakhah" or
"ushvachakha"?

Is this a biblical vs mishnaic difference in when the vav hachibur is
a melupum, or something else?
