We can readily establish that in Eidot Mizrach for b'rachot q'tzarot, that pausals do exist

Is #3 due to missing Hanau's hand or is it al pi Kabbalah?

I don't know for sure what the correct answer is - and  that  Pausals exist in T'fillah seems axiomatic.
