I've also heard this dialect

A plain cholam would be pronounced OY
While  a written OY would be pronounced AY

Illustration -
Talmud Toyrah [as opposed to Torah or Tayrah] 

But 
Ayb Azay [as opposed to "Oyb Azoy" due to the presence of the Y already]
