By the way, Pinechas is not the rarest Haftara, certainly not in EY where
it's read about one year in five on average. (5776 is the next year where
it's read only in EY). Even in hu"l Vayakhel is equally rare, about once in
9 or 10 years. The rarest of all is Mikketz, which is only read when Rosh
Hashana is on Shabbat and Marheshvan and Kislev both have 29 days. The last
time that this happened was 5761 and the next, if the fixed calendar is
still in use, will be 5781.
