It's been over two weeks, and a listmember reminded me today that I hadn't
yet mentioned onlist the instance I came across. My apologies for the
delay. The instance I came across is in Y'chezqeil 21:32.

Thanks to everyone for replying and/or considering the question!

Y'yasheir kochacha, RSimonM, for noting the "obvious" one from Y'sha'yahu
with which we should all be familiar (and mea culpa for not noting it
before) :). The instance I came across isn't either of those two, so now
we have at least three (and, thus far, I'm still only privately sending
the cite I came across, in case someone wants to try to figure it out on
his/her own). Thanks!

I'm not aware of any pasuq which has "miqdash" repeated once, much less
twice. Perhaps you were thinking of the Y'sha'yahu cite noted publicly by
RSimonM (and privately by RLT)? Thanks.
