[Mesorah] instances of one word repeated twice

If it's word, not phrase, I think you have the only (eretz eretz aretz, I presume).  If it's a phrase, there are several, including heichal Hashem. (not to mention kaftor tachas shenei hakanim memena, etc.)

I just came across an instance in TaNaCH of one word repeated twice in the same pasuq (i.e. within one verse, a given word is immediately followed by two more instances of the same word).  If there is more than one example of this phenomenon, does anyone know how many times the phenomenon occurs and what those instances are?  Thanks.
