[Mesorah] instances of one word repeated twice

I just came across an instance in TaNaCH of one word repeated twice in the 
same pasuq (i.e. within one verse, a given word is immediately followed by 
two more instances of the same word).  If there is more than one example 
of this phenomenon, does anyone know how many times the phenomenon occurs 
and what those instances are?  Thanks.
