[Mesorah] Poetic yud at the end of words

In the first two chapters of Hallel we have "hamagbihi", "hamashpili",
"mekimi", "lehoshivi", "moshivi", "chuli", "hahofchi".   What is this
grammatical form?  Does the extra yud affect the meaning in any way?
Does this form appear anywhere else?
