RaMBaM uses the term in YaD Ma'asei haQorbanos 1 (see 
http://www.mechon-mamre.org/i/8501n.htm , where the halachah# in bold is 
18).  On the WWW, I see the term quoted from Bamidbar Rabba 19 (see 
http://vbm-torah.org/archive/sichot/vayikra/26-65shemini-para.htm ).  I'm 
sure a baqi baTalmud can tell us if the term is used there.
