[Mesorah] questions on sh'mos

Two things that two different people pointed out to me this past Shabas:
  .  In Ex. 5:16, 'nitan' with a kamatz, shouldn't it have a patach?
  .  In Ex. 5:10,12,13, 'teven' at the end of the pasuk, shouldn't it
be 'taven'?
