[Mesorah] v'zavachta pesach

Many of the experts will tell you that these two are 
examples of din dachik that are mevatel the lack of dagesh. 
And then another expert will say, no, it's din ati 
meirachik.  And a third will say not so, the term is ati 
marchik. Well it's one of the two, whatever the second is 
called.

And after many years of hearing about this I still don't 
know who is right and what the argument is all about. I 
think I'll leave it to the experts.
