I think I've figured out why we read Y'chezkel 43:10-27 for the haftara of 
T'tzave.  You see (with tongue firmly planted in cheek), the parsha, in 
25:39, uses "k'sones" where one would expect "kutones" -- so the haftara 
makes up for it (43:14) by using "sh'tayim" where one would expect 
"sh'te"!
