The Targum there has "shum qudhshe" for "shem qodhsho", but in both languages there are both ways. So, mikro Hebrew prefers the plain form of shem qodhshaw, while mishne Hebrew prefers shamaw shellaqqodhesh. Targum Aramaic prefers shum qudhshe, while later (or spoken) Aramaic prefers shame daqudhshaw. As this is about varieties inside the two languages, one can't say that one Hebrew form corresponds to only one Aramaic form, can one?
