(BK 14 ...)<div><br></div><div>Does the halacha change in modern times when animals don't walk down a public street.</div><div>As an example a horse (with a rider?) w)walks down a street in Manhattan and eats fruit/vegetables</div><div>from an outdoors fruit stand.</div><div>Is the owner required to pay?
