this one? Is there any toeles in doing so?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>It has toeles.  I know of a not- for profit board that decided to look at their policies and procedures because of this scandal and all the others that have been in the news lately.  I am sure that there are others that are doing the same.  On a personal level it reinforces the difficulties and temptations that are out there.</div>
