discussion of the ramifications, if any, of a parent telling their child that
they do not have to observe the laws of "Shana" for them - that shloshim is
enough. Perhaps the child is bound to listen especially if the stringency
of Shana stems from Kibud Av ve-Em. Here the parent has been explicitly
Mohel on their kavod. Or perhaps not mourning would be a form of
Bizayyon?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman"> This certainly sounds like
