on the issue of  chazal, science , and metzius. i am not  sure
that there is any level of scientific  data [eg DNA typing of the
viral cultures] that could change such a posek's opinion ---even if it
rises to the level of 'beyond a reasonable doubt'  [jury]  standards.<br>
