    <font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">I think RHB means that

      "interpretations of dreams are to Hashem"</font> sounds like

    saying that only Hashem can interpret dreams, and no one else can.

    --Such as if someone would say, "Only Hashem can create a tree"--and

    then that person goes ahead and creates a tree. After his

    declaration, Yosef went ahead and gave an interpretation.<br>

Yosef himself says to Par'oh that he can't interpret dreams,
