<div>galsaba</div></div></blockquote></div><br></div><div>Since Kabbalat Shabbat is not an actual Tefillah, and the chazan is *allowed* to walk around should he so desire (see Carelbach minyanim), it would seem to me that it would be considered tircha d'tzibburah to not walk up and start Barchu as quickly as possible.<div>
