Why are those three clearly worse? Who says that the severity of an<br>

Just a note that pikuach nefesh overrides shabbat. However, pikuach nefesh<br>
does not override stealing if one cannot pay back.<br>
So we see that what overrides includes other factors and not just severity<br>
as stealing is certainly not that stringent. In fact pikuach nefesh does not<br>
always override any mitzvot bein adam lechavero<br>

We have "vechai behem" which says that pikuach nefesh overrides mitzvot<br>
between man and G-d but doesnt apply always to things that affect other<br>
