but there are mitzvos that one does not make a bracha on. Tzadakah is one
comes to mind. Hachnosos Orchim is another mitzva that one does not make
a bracha on. I am sure that there are others that people can come up with.

associated with them. <BR><BR>Settling in EY is a mitzva. Is there a bracha
one makes? I really do not know. <BR><BR>Is repairing the parshios in tefillin
or a mezuzah a mitzva? I have seen my sofer do this without making a
bracha. He does say something like L'shem mitzvos tefillin when he
