<div>There is still a difference on hot freshly baked bread right from the oven and bread baked early on the morning of erev Yom Tov. So even though there may be no difference between frozen challah and challah baked erev YT, there is certainly a qualitative difference between fresh home baked challah and the older store bought. Baking on YT -- still mutar!.</div>
