Someone on another list commented that Teimanim STILL do the Targum on<br>

Reading - since the reading without Targum fails to conform to Hazal's<br>

<br>However, I think that Sephardim accept "lo omrim 'safek berachot lehakel' bimkom minhag" at least where there is no specific ruling against the beracha in the SA. I believe that ROY uses this principle in a teshuva somewhere, but I don't remember the exact reference.<br>
