, nor lo tassur. you , on the other hand , i assume could
only be violating lo tassur; for if not , how could it be both
kosher and treif at the same time.</font>

lo tassur rather than shemirat shabbat ? [ if so
, i wonder if really the majority of people's aveirot are actually
lo tassur --- since presumably 2/3 if not more of what
we do , or don't do , is not a midioraita--but rather a regulation
or text of the rabbonan...<br>
