face=Arial size=3>IMHO this is a meta issue playing out in many arenas - to what
extent are we a ger and to what extent are we a toshav. The charedi
weltanschauung is to focus more much on the gerness and the MO somewhat more on
the toshavness. Of course to be extreme in either direction would be
justifiable by a horaat shaah, the challenge imho is when it is presented as run
