They are sung (and danced [by the SHaTZ and two members of the Synagogue Committee, a/k/a/ gabboim]!) at KAJ/"Breuer's" (or, at least, were when I was growing up there), and the "nusach" is as outlined by RDS in Avodah V26#205. <br>
