Only if it's a long year (shlemah), which only 46% of non-leap years<br>
are. A normal year (kesidrah) is 354 days, and a short year (chasera)<br>
is 353 (16% of all non-leap years). Leap years are 383, 384, or 385.<br><font color="#888888">
