<div><br>Liron:<br>It is my understanding that there are Rishonim who hold that you can say the bracha for Birchat Hachama without even seeing the sun. While we don&#39;t pasken like that today, it seems to me that there can&#39;t be a mesorah for it being a siman klalah if that psak could exist.  <br>
