that many other O rabbis would consider foolish but not neccesarilly heretical,
&nbsp;i wonder if there are parameters for the use of this expression about
jews, frum or not.</font>

all non-Orthodox rabbis? &nbsp;Rabbi Slifkin? the heads of Meshichism?
one side of a Rebbe succesion dispute about the other?</font>
