Personally, I wash my hands, do what I need to do in the WC, and then say "al n'tilas yadayim," "asher yatzar," and "Elokai, n'shamah" as a group. Getting dressed, I say the birchos haTorah after putting on my talis qatan (not for Micha's reason, but simply because I associate tzitzis with Torah and want to say those b'rachos ASAP) and then proceed to say birchos hashachar. <br>
