How did those <SPAN id="">Ashkenazim</SPAN> who don't normally use Israeli pronunciation come to pronounce the last syllable of "<SPAN id="">HaShem</SPAN>" as a <SPAN id="">segol</SPAN> and not a <SPAN id="">tzeire</SPAN>?  <br>
