was asking a link up the causality chain - why is there sufficient demand for
glatt kosher but not glatt yosher? Perhaps the answer is that empirically
the orthodox community does not view being msayea to less than yosher
activities, especially one step removed, as a halachik or hashkafic (let's
debate whether these are separate issues :-) )
