In 1972, on Motzaei Yom Kippur, I asked Rav Ahron Soloveichik zt'l if there is a requirement to eat before Kidush Levanah that night. He asked, "Who says?, "<BR>
so I said that we do this on Motzaei Tisha B'Av so that we will say Kiddush Levanah b'simcha. Rav Ahron replied, " Yom Kippur is over- that's the biggest simcha." </FONT></HTML>
