This question could be asked about the pasuq itself. Bereishis 57:19-21
vs 27.

Bereishis Rabba 94 suggests that Par'oh gave Yosef wagons with idolatrous
images on them. So Yosef instead sent from his own garage, and they
looked Hebrew. (Perhaps just by being wagons that clearly had the pagan
decorations removed?)
